- All sessions require a $50 non-refundable deposit upon booking.

- Location must be within 20 miles of Waxahachie TX. (If further a travel fee is applied)

- 1-2 week turn around depending on season.

- All sessions up to 6 people (additional fee per person)

- All sessions include a personal link to on-line gallery including print release.

Booking Fee
The Booking fee secures the time and services of Maty Nerey Photography for the session and is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by Maty Nerey Photography due to cancellation. Sessions that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as Maty Nerey Photography can re-schedule for the new date and time.
Payments
Following payment of the booking fee, balance of any fees due are to be paid on, or before the date of
the ssession. No photographs will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. 
Display
Maty Nerey Photography may display any photographs included in this contract in her web site, portfolio, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising or slide shows.
Images
All image sizes are nominal. Maty Nerey Photography will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot
guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain
dyes and materials especially man-made fibres. 
Retouching
All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. Maty Nerey Photography's judgement regarding these corrections and the number of images put forward to the Client shall be deemed correct. Retouching, digital manipulation is available to the Client atMaty Nerey Photography's own discretion. 
Copyright
Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected
by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or a
llow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the permission of Maty Nerey Photography in writing.
Licence
Maty Nerey Photography shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed and any locations used. Maty Nerey Photography's judgement regarding the locations/poses and number of images taken shall be deemed correct.
Force Majeure or Act of God
The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any
cause beyond their control.
